The 1978 constitutional convention had a profound impact on Hawaii. As we considered a 2018 vote on a new constitutional convention, John Waihee III (delegate and governor) lead a series of critical dialogues on the past and future impacts of Hawaii’s 1978 Constitutional Convention, bringing together delegates, scholars, and community leaders.
